Rates above are inclusive of the following benefits:
– Daily Breakfast (Continental or Indonesian)
– One time round trip Airport transfer (one time transfer in & one time transfer out).
– Free daily private car (7 seats) with driver to certain areas such as local beaches, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran,
Kuta area (8 hours per day, petrol is not included), dedicated one day after arrival until one day before check-out.
– Welcome drink, fruits platter and cold towels upon arrival.
– Flowers arrangement.
– In room drinking mineral water.
– Free Unlimited high speed internet connection ( Wi-Fi ) personal laptop is required.
– Fully trained staff: daily housekeeping, butler, gardener, pool attendant and security guard at night.
Note:
– Long term rental & last minutes rates (7 days prior arrival) are available upon request.
– The rates quoted daily basis.
– Extra beds can be arranged with additional charge at USD 35++ per person per night.
– Guests who wish to cook can use the kitchen and its equipment with extra charges for each use.
– Any damages will incur additional charges.

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 2 nights, High Season : 3 nights, Peak Season : 5 nights
Villa Capacity:
– We strictly observe the villa capacity policy which is maximum 6 persons.
If any additional person must be inform in advance (will applicable surcharge).
– No party over capacity to be allowed at the villa.
Check-in & Check-out time:
– Check-in time : 14:00
– Check-out time : 12:00
In cases there is no other booking for the same day, the villa may extend the check-out time until 15:00.
Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate.
A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.
The Terms & Booking Conditions:
– A deposit of one night rate is required, in order to secured the booking.
– The final payment should be paid 30 days prior arrival.
– The rates applied to all currency but will be converted into IDR base on internet exchange rate on the day of payment..
– The booking confirmed when the payment is completed.
– The final payments is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
– Free cancellation, if the reservation is cancelled at 45 days before arrival.
– If the reservation cancelled less than 45 days prior arrival, then the deposit will be forfeited.
– Any case cancelled at 30 days prior arrival then full payment is required.
Liability:
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa.
